If a Yale PA online student has exhausted all applicable Yale internal grievance or complaint procedures, and the complaint is not resolved, Yale PA online students residing outside Connecticut may choose to send a complaint to Yale University’s NC-SARA portal: the Connecticut Office of Higher Education.
